Pixelgen Proxiome Kit v2

Pixelgen Proxiome Kit v2

The Pixelgen Proxiome Kit v2 - Mechanistic understanding of cell function through protein interactomics

The Pixelgen Proxiome Kit v2 enables high-dimensional analysis of cell surface architecture in single human immune cells, generating readouts on protein abundance, protein clustering, and protein colocalization for 155 surface proteins. It is provided as a sample prep kit enabling direct implementation in any lab, without the need for acquiring expensive specialized equipment. The kit is available in 8-, 16-, and 32-reaction formats, supporting up to 64 samples per experiment, and can be combined with the Pixelgen Proxiome Custom Conjugation and Pixelgen Proxiome CAR T products for increased customization.

  • Research areas: hematology, CAR-T / cell therapy, immuno-oncology, autoimmunity, infectious disease, fundamental immunology and more

  • Readout: Cell surface architecture analysis of human immune cells

  • Data output: Single cell proximity networks with associated abundance, clustering and colocalization scores for each cell

  • Resolution: Nanoscale (approximately ~50 nm)

  • Species: Human

  • Multiplex: 155 cell surface proteins

  • Add-ons: Support for up to 2 custom antibodies using the Pixelgen Proxiome v2 Custom Conjugation Kit and up to 2 CAR-specific detection reagents through the Pixelgen Proxiome CAR T products

  • Throughput: Up to 64 samples per experiment

  • Cell input: from 50 000 cells per sample

  • Cell output: 1000 cells per sample
